HMT (International) Limited, a trading Organisation engaged in export / import and project implementation activities, invites qualified personnel for engagement
as Associates - Technical  purely on fixed tenure contract basis. The details of qualification, job requirement, experience period etc. are given below:

   Sourcing of suppliers

    To    plan    and    finalize    technical    specifications, attachments, accessories, tools and spares for various workshop machines and equipments.

   Knowledge of Machine Tools

   Plant / Shop / Lab layouts

    Tendering activities as per purchase manual / Vigilance guidelines of the Company.

    Co-ordinate    for    dispatch    of    supplies    including inspection, export worthy packing, shipment.

Good command over written / oral communication/presentation skills to interact with government officials, suppliers and foreign customers.
Experience
- 2 years industry / working experience in one or more areas
of Marketing / Sales, Production, Quality Control / Inspection, Purchase, Planning, projects implementation & monitoring, Tendering activities,
Age
27 years as on 30.11.2018
Consolidated
payment  per month
Rs. 21,100/- per month for Engineering Graduates
Applicable TDS shall apply

The engagement is purely on fixed tenure basis. Contractual engagement may be extended depending on the future requirement.   The post is not against any


permanent vacancy and this placement will not ensure any regular / permanent employment in HMT (International) Limited in future.

ELIGIBILTY  : Qualification as mentioned above with 60% at graduation. 55%
for SCs / STs
Age, experience as detailed above.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

1.  Applications should be made in the prescribed application format only along  with  copies  of  relevant  documents.  Application  should  mention clearly the name of the post as Associate - Technical
2.  The  Contractual engagement will  be  for  the  period mentioned above.
Detailed terms & conditions of engagement shall be indicated in the offer letter.
3.  Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidates will be as per Government Directives.
4.  Relaxation in age and experience may be considered at the sole discretion of Management depending upon the merit and other qualifications etc..
5.  Any canvassing by or on behalf of the candidates or to bring political or other outside influence with regard to selection / engagement shall be a disqualification.
6.  Selection will be made by a Committee constituted by the Competent
Authority.
7.  Documents in support of qualification/s and relevant experience shall be submitted along with the filled-in application format.  In the case of non- submission of documents along with the filled-in application, applications will be rejected.
8.  Candidature of the candidates is liable to be rejected at any stage of selection process or after engagement, if any information provided by the candidate is found to be false or not found in conformity with eligibility criteria mentioned in the advertisement.
9.  HMT (International) Limited shall not be liable for any damage / injury/loss to the individual, if any, sustained during the entire selection process and journey.
10. HMT (International) Limited reserves the right to assess fitness or otherwise of the candidate selected,   to restrict/enlarge the number of posts, to
cancel selection process without assigning any reason thereof, if the need arise.
11. Candidates submitting incomplete application or testimonials will not be allowed to appear for interview.
12. The legal jurisdiction will be Bangalore in case of any dispute.
13. Processing fee of non-refundable account payee Demand draft for Rs. 200/- drawn in favour of HMT (International) Limited, on any Scheduled Bank
payable at Bangalore is to be enclosed along with the prescribed application.  No other mode of payment of application fee is acceptable. Candidates are advised to write their name and name of the post on reverse side of DD.   No fee is to be paid by SC/ST and Persons with Disability (PWD).


SELECTION:



1 Selection is by personal Interviews by the Selection Committee of the Company [HMT(International) Limited] duly constituted by the Competent Authority.
2 After  the  approval  by  the  Competent  Authority  for  engagement  of candidate/s, an offer of contractual engagement will be issued.
3 The candidate shall have to indicate their acceptance of the offer within one week from the receipt of offer, If acceptance is not given, the next candidate in order of merit will be given the offer of engagement on similar lines.  The Competent Authority may grant such extension of time depending upon the exigencies.
4 The candidates shall have to appear for interview at their own cost.  No
TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
